Our leaping dancer photo... ...is the image we choose to represent Atlanta Dance Theatre. It is used in a lot of our web and print material. We believe it still captures the essence of our company today.
Photographed by Keiko Guest, this shot was taken during a dress rehearsal for the premiere of Hansel & Gretel in March of 2004. The photo was captured on the second take and there are no digital enhancements to the photo we use.
ADT's production of Hansel & Gretel was choreographed by the late Michael Hollier. The dancers were rehearsing the "Jewels" scene from the ballet. The costumes were designed by Mr. Hollier and created by ADT's costume mistress at the time, Betsy Foppe.
The dancers in the photo (L to R) are: Sarah Jacqueline Wallace, Amanda Phingbodhipakkiya, Sara Foppe, Grace Freeman, Kim Williams, and Anna Branscomb.

Cinderella ...is one of the most popular of classical ballets. Atlanta Dance Theatre presented Cinderella in 2003 and 2010. Both years the production was a version created by Winthrop Corey, Artistic Director of Mobile Ballet.
